不锈钢真空钎焊时的脱氧和润湿机理

摘要:
不锈钢真空钎焊时表面氧化膜的去除和钎料润湿过程到目前为止还很不清楚。本文采用俄歇能谱仪、质谱仪、真空热天平、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和电子探针对该过程进行了详细的研究。结果表明,不锈钢中的碳是真空钎焊时使其表面氧化膜还原的主要因素,对1Cr18Ni9Nb不锈钢来说,只要少量的碳就能还原其表面的氧化膜,开始还原温度约为900℃。当钎焊温度超过1000℃时,氧化物的挥发也起着一定的作用。用通常钎料真空钎焊不锈钢时,钎焊温度应高于900℃。

Abstract:
The removal of oxide layer and wetting mechanism of brazing stainless steel in vacuum is not clear so far.In this paper,Auger electron spectroscopy,mass spectrometer,vacuum thermo-balance,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and microprobe were used for detailed investigation of these processes.Results showed that the carbon contained in stainless steel is the essential factor for the reduction of surface oxide layer in vacuum brazing.For stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Nb,a slight amount of carbon is enough to get the reductive reaction started at about 900℃ under 2×10-5 mbar vacuum.In vacuum brazing above 1000℃,the evaporation of oxide plays also a certain but non-essential role.With commercial brazing alloys,a brazing temperature above 900℃ is recommended.
Key words:
