焊接结晶裂纹敏感性评定指标的研究

摘要:
本文通过大量试验指出,用BTR,εmin作结晶裂纹敏感性评定指标的局限性和片面性,并在阐明了临界应变速率CST不仅能反映材料冶金因素,同时也能反映焊接工艺参数对结晶裂纹敏感性影响规律的基础上,明确提出可用CST作为研究诸因素对结晶裂纹敏感性影响规律的评定指标。本文用CST这一指标对比评定了锅炉压力容器用19Mn5、BHW-35、14MnMoV、16Mn等钢种的结晶裂纹倾向以及它们随焊接线能量而变化的规律。试验结果与生产经验的反映有很好的一致性。

Abstract:
In the course of this report,various data from a considerable amount of experimental work have been discussed.It is found that the solidification brittleness tempe-rature range (BTR) and critical strain value (εmin) have their limitations for the quantitative evaluation of solidification crack susceptibility.On the other hand,as critical strain rate for temperature drop (CST) could reflect the effects of both the metallurgical factors of materials and the welding parameters,it is therefore a suitable criterion for the quantitative evaluation.Comparisons among the crack susceptibility with CST as the criterion of several tyres of low alloy pressure vessel steels,such as 19Mn5,BHW-35,14MnMoV,16Mn,etc.,were made.The relationship between the welding heat input and the susceptibility wss found.The results from the lab are well in line with these in production.
