长厚板焊接残余应力释放的研究

摘要:
本文在测试的基础上,对长厚板多层焊焊接残余应力在火焰切割释放后分布观律进行了初步研究.结果表明,纵向应力释放远大于横向释放。切割和尺寸因素对应力分布呈现出的复杂情况具有重要影响。测得的最大纵向拉应力为268MPa.最大横向拉应力为213MPa.

Abstract:
This paper describes the results of the initial deliberation on distributive law released for residual stress by x-ray determination.The tests were carried out on a long thick plate,butt welaed in multi-layer,finally flame cut.The results obtained indicate that the release of residual stress parallel to the weld is much larger than that perpeendicular to the weld,the flame cut and plate dimension have important influence for complicated and nusual distribution of the residual stress present and the maximum tensile flameres value in the parallel direction is 268 MPa,where in the perpendicular directionis 213 MPa.
