提高铁路客车转向架焊接构架疲劳寿命的研究

摘要:
通过对209焊接构架的疲劳试验证明,受动载荷的焊接结构设计的关键是焊接接头.焊接构架受拉应力较大的底板,如有横焊缝存在,其疲劳强度就没有保障;焊缝位置、接头型式及工艺方法都对疲劳强度有很大影响.本文对焊接构架的振动处理和热处理对比试验表明,振动时效处理可提高构架疲劳寿命20%以上.振动时效工艺方法不仅对提高疲劳寿命有积极意义,还有明显的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:
The article mainly introduces the results of fatigue test of 209 welded frame.It illustrates that the ket element to the design of welded frame of reciprocating action loading is welded joint.If horizontal welds exist in bottom plate and high tensile stress acts on the frame,its fatigue strength can not be guaranted.Welding position,joint type and technological method all have great influence upon fatigue strength.In this article,the results of vibration treatment and heat treatment are compared.It shows that viberation ageing treatment can increase 20% fatigue life of the frame.Vibration ageing treatment not only has activemea nings of increasing fatigue life,but also has notable economical benefit.
