摘要:

本文介绍了自行设计的一个制定铝合金焊接工艺方案的专家系统.该系统根据产品结构、母材性能、材科规格以及对接头性能的要求等.选择出合适的焊接方法、焊接材料和焊接次序,进行坡口设计,确定焊接工艺参数.该系统采用Turbo-Prolog语言设计而成,可以在IBM-PC计算机及其兼容机上运行.屏幕显示采用汉字,图文并茂.人机接口友善.

Abstract:

This paper dcscribes an expert system for aluminum-alloy welding procedure specification.The system selects appropriate welding process,materials and sequence,designs the joint and supplies main process parameters based on the product structure,base metal,workpiece size and requirements of joint property.It is written in Turbo-Prolog and is developed for running on an IBM-PC or compatible computers.The CRT display,excellent in both figures and characters,is in Chinese.The interface between users and the system is friendly.
