高强钢焊接接头的低温疲劳性能及其灰色预测

摘要:
首次测试了HQ80C低合金高强钢焊接接头-40℃低温疲劳性能(S-N曲线),为工程设计和保证焊接结构的安全使用提供科学依据;应用灰色系统理论对试验结果进行灰色建模和预测,达到了指导试验和提高试验精度的目的。

Abstract:
The authors took the lead in studying the low temperature(-40℃) fatigue property (S-N curve) of welded joint of HSLA steel, HQ80C, thus providing a scientific basis for engineering design and so also the welded structure safety. The test results were modeled and forecasted by applying. the Grey System Theory for guiding the test process and improving test precision.
