镍基合金焊接热影响区的液化裂纹敏感性

摘要:
系统研究了镍基高温合金焊接热影响区液化裂纹的产生及其影响因素。结果表明,在液化裂纹断面上。存在有Nb,Ti及C的偏聚现象;对不同的合金而言,其液化裂纹的形成原因也各不相同;对20种高温合金9个合金元素进行回归分析,给出了热影响区液化裂纹敏感性系数PLC

Susceptibility of liquation crack in HAZ of nickel base alloys

Abstract:
Production and effective factors of the liquation crack in the welding HAZ of the high temperature nickel base alloys were systematically investigated. The results showed that there were segregation phenomena of Nb, Ti and C on the surface of the liquation crack fracture, and the reasons causing liquation cracking were different for different alloys. By regression analyzing on nine elements within twenty kinds of alloys, the susceptibility coefficient PLC of liquation crack in HAZ had been obtained.
