多功能电脑焊接电源的研究与设计

摘要:
本文介绍了最新研制成的ZX5-400D型多功能可控硅整流弧焊机的硬件与软件研究设计成果,这种新型焊机在硬件电路不变的情况下,通过改变控制软件就可实现直流脉冲、直流方波、外特性别车与拐点可调等多种功能,充分发挥了微计算机程序控制的优势,为发展及改造现有普通焊接电源提供了有效的途径。

Abstract:
A new ZX5-400D type multi-purpose SCR arc welding power source with microcomputer controller has been developed. Its hardware and software designs are introduced in this paper. The new welder can provide multiple output features, such as D.C. pulse clirrcnt, D.C square wave current, adjustable static characteristics and so on , only by operating defferent parts of its control program. The new type welding machine is succcsful in applying the advantages of the microcomputer control and shows an effective way of developing and rebuilding the conventional welding power sources.
