振动时效动力学研究

摘要:
多次扫频法是进行振动时效机理研究的一种简便而有效的方法,在梁形构件上进行试验,得到一组扫频曲线,以此为依据进行分析,揭示了振动时效过程的动力学曲线呈"几"字型变化规律,以及剪切应力在振动时效中所起的重大作用。在此基础上提出了一个现场评定振动时效效果的定性判据。

Abstract:
In this paper, a method scanning the workpiece time after time in the frequency range is intraduced.This method is simple and effective for the study on the mechanism of VSR.The experiment has been done on a beam type workpiece.Based on the abtained scanning curves,the law about the dynamics of VSR process has been worked out shearing stresstakes an important part in the VSR.A qualitative criterion which can evaluate the VSR result on-the-spot has been put forward.
