焊丝熔化率公式研究

摘要:
通过大量试验对碳钢焊丝、不锈钢焊丝和铝合金焊丝的熔化率进行了测定。应用半理论公式和试验相结合的方法测定和计算了上述各种材料的焊丝熔化率中电阻热和电弧热所占的比例,对保护气体的影响进行了试验研究,测定了各种材料的焊丝熔化率公式中的有关常数、并对该公式的实用性进行了分析。

Abstract:
This paper has determned melting rates of mild steel wire, stainless steel wire and aluminum alloy wire through many experiments.With the method combining semi-theory with experiment, measurment and calculation are done to determine the propotion of that caused by the abide heating and ohmic heating in the melting rate og the above wires.Further more,experiment was carried out to study the action and influence of shielding gas.The paper also determines several constants convering the semi-theory formula describing melting rate of all dinds materials,and analyses the formula’s practicality.
