等离子弧喷焊Co-223A合金粉末的研制和应用

摘要:
通过合金化原则与使用性能相结合的试验分析方法,研制出等离子弧喷焊工艺性优良、在750℃温度下长时间工作,耐热、耐磨和耐烧蚀性能高的Co-223A合金粉末,熔敷金属稀释度低、室温硬度HRC≈40、抗裂纹性高,用于高速柴油发动机排气阀密封面的喷焊,气阀使用寿命提高4~6倍。

Abstract:
With an experimental analyzing method,which combined the alloying principle with application feature,a Co-223A alloy powder has been developed for plasma arc spray-welding.The plasma arc spray-weld metal can opeate at 750℃ for a long time and has high resistance to heat,wear and erosion. Its deposited metal has a low rate of dilution, about HRC 40 hardness at roon temperature and a high cracking resistance.While it is apray-welded to the seal surface of exhaust valves in high speed disel engines,the service life of the exhaust valve can be increased by 4 to 6 times.
