铋在银基钎料中的行为和影响

摘要:
研究了银基钎料中杂质元素铋对钎料的铺展性能和接头强度的影响。研究结果表明,微量铋对银基钎料的铺展性能有显著影响,而对常温接头强度影响不大。分析了杂质元素铋在银基钎料中的存在状态,以及在钎料的加热过程中铋的相变行为,从而揭示了银基钎料中铋的影响机理。

Abstract:
The influence of bismuth in silver filler metals on spreadability and joint strength are studied. It is shown:the influence of minute bismuth on the spreadability of sivler filler metals is marked and the influence on joint strength at room temperature is small and negligible. The existential states of bismuth in silver filler metals is also analyzed. And the continuous course of phase transition is studied. The mechanism of the influence is revealed.
