圆柱体中频感应重熔与激光强化的复合新工艺

摘要:
在抽油泵柱塞的基体上,对国产Ni60A自熔合金粉末进行了中频感应重熔与激光强化复合新工艺的试验研究,并对复合熔覆的表面粗糙度、空隙率、裂纹、显微组织及耐磨损能力进行了系统的分析。试验结果表明,复合熔覆具有中频感应重熔的优点,能够获得大面积的表面光洁的覆层,且覆层组织均匀,无裂纹,与基体存在良好的冶金结合;同时,复合熔覆又具有激光重熔的优点,不仅降低了覆层中的孔隙率,而且又提高了覆层与基体的结合强度,使之具有较好的耐磨损能力。

Abstract:
The surface roughness, crack, porosity, micro structures and abrasive wear resistance of the induction remelted and laser strengthened composite cladding coats were investigated in detail. The results show that the composite cladding technology has the merits of both intermediate frequency induction remelting and laser cladding. With this technology,a large area of coats with lower surface roughness, homogenous microstructures can be obtained without any cracks,the bonding between the coats and matrix is also perfect. Moreover, It can decrease the porosity of coats and increase the bonding strength between the coats and the matrix, hence enhances the abrasive wear resistance of the coats.
