搅拌摩擦焊研究进展及前景展望

摘要:
搅拌摩擦焊(Friction Stir Welding,简称FSW)是针对焊接性差的铝合金开发的一种新型固相焊接工艺,由英国焊接研究所TWI(The Welding Institute)于1991年开发的专利技术。文中对搅拌摩擦焊工艺进行简单介绍并对研究现状做了比较详尽的总结,涉及搅拌摩擦焊机理即塑性流体运动情况及"洋葱"圆环的形成机理、适用母材、接头微观组织、力学性能、焊接工具、复合焊接工艺及搅拌摩擦焊应用领域,并展望FSW的发展前景。

Abstract:
Friction stir welding is a new solid welding technique for aluminum alloys invented and patented by The Welding Institute,U.K.,in 1991.The objective of this paper was to schematically introduce the friction stir welding process and laid emphasis on the new development,which comprised of the research on FSW principles,that is,the behavior of plastic flow and the formation principle of onion rings,and the microstructure of friction stir welds,mechanical properties,welding tool,compound welding procedure,and the application fields of FSW.The paper also discussed the prospect of FSW.
