铬青铜与双相不锈钢异种材料电子束熔钎焊

摘要:
对QCr0.8与1Cr21Ni5Ti偏铜电子束焊接接头的组织和力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,随电子束距对接中线铜侧偏移值的增加,QCr0.8/1Cr21Ni5Ti对接接头焊缝组织及成分逐渐均匀化,接头熔接状态得到改善;铜侧偏移值达0.8~1.0 mm时,形成焊缝组织成分均匀化的熔钎接头,其抗拉强度可达330 MPa左右,已可满足实际使用要求。

Melt-brazing chromium-copper to double-phase stainless steel by electron beam

Abstract:
The microstructure and tensile strength of the joints of QCr0.8/1Cr21Ni5Ti welded by electron beam located on copper side were investigated.The results showed that with the increment of the offset of electron beam located on copper side from central line of butt joint the distribution of the microstucture and compositon of weld become gradually uniform,so the joining state was improved;as the offset on copper side equals 0.8~1.0 mm,the melt-brazing joint with uniformity of the microstructure and components was formed,and the maximum tensile strength was about 330 MPa.
