国产X70管线钢及其焊缝的氢致裂纹

摘要:
依据氢致裂纹(Hydrogen Induced Cracking,HIC)试验标准,针对国产X70管线钢及其焊缝进行了HIC性能的研究,同时分析讨论了夹杂物对HIC性能的影响。研究结果证明,焊缝抗HIC能力不因焊接过程中焊接接头发生的一系列变化而比母材低;随着非金属夹杂物含量的增加,国产管线钢HIC敏感性增加。此外,夹杂物的形态和分布同样影响着管线钢的抗HIC性能。

Abstract:
According to testing standard of hydrogeh-induced crack (HIC), ItlC of domestic X70 pipeline steels and weld were studied, and the effect of inclusion on HIC was particularly paid more attention. The results showed that resistance to HIC is not lower than that of base metal. With the increas of inclusions, the sensitivity to HIC increases. Furthermore, the configuration and distribution of inclusions affects the properties of domestic pipeline steels.
