采用YAG激光在45号钢表面熔覆钴基自熔合金,利用光学显微镜和电子显微镜技术观察和分析了激光熔覆层的微观组织特征,用X射线衍射仪测试熔覆层的相组成,分析了激光熔覆钴基合金的强化原理,测量了熔覆层金属的显微硬度,证明了激光熔覆层的性能达到了高速钢立铣刀要求的材料性能。 |

Deposited Co-base self-fluxing alloy on 45 steel by laser cladding with YAG laser, microstructure and phase composition of cladding were studied by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction, and strengthening mechanism of Co-base self-fluxing alloy by laser cladding was present. The result of measuring micro-hardness of cladding is proved that property of laser cladding is meet to that of high-speed steel end mill. |
