介绍了模糊控制逆变弧焊电源的基本工作原理,控制系统组成以及硬件实现方案。设计出了二输入一输出模糊控制器,模糊控制器以焊接电流偏差和偏差变化率为输入量,输入量通过模糊化处理,模糊推理得出输出结果,再将其解模糊化,得到控制变量的精确输出值,实现电源的恒流外特性控制。研制出一台模糊控制逆变弧焊电源样机,并对其外特性进行了测试。 |

The fuzzy controller is applied to the inverter welding power source. The system is introduced briefly, including run principle, form of control system and hardware design. Then the two input and single output fuzzy controller is designed, and the fuzzy control table is got, that can be applied to control constant current. An inverter welding power source has been produced based on this theory, and the inverter has the excellent dynamic capabilities similarly. |
