单条纹激光引导焊缝跟踪图像处理

摘要:
研究了单条纹激光引导焊缝跟踪图像处理方法。首先利用小波分解技术获得图像水平方向的细节部分,在该部份激光条纹的信息得到了较好的保持,而噪声信息则比较少,有利于焊缝识别;然后对该部份进行竖直方向上的中值滤波以滤除残余的噪声;最后采用KSW熵算法,对图像进行分割,并识别出焊缝区域。该方法效果较好,抗干扰性强,耗时少,能满足焊缝实时跟踪的要求。

Abstract:
The image processing methods in welding seam tracking based on single-stripe laser are discussed.The wavelet transform is applied firstly,and the horizontal detail part of the image is gotten;less information of noise is embraced in this part,while the information of laser stripe is well preserved.Taking this part for subsequent seam recognition,its remaining noise is eliminated by using the median filtering in the vertical direction.Finally,KSW entropy algorithm is used for image segmentation.Good effects can be gotten using these methods,and the anti-disturbance performance is well,and the time cost is little enough to meet the requirement of real-time tracking.
