TiN改性钎料连接Si3N4陶瓷的接头高温性能

摘要:
为提高陶瓷钎焊接头的高温性能,用Ag-Cu-Ti钎料加TiN颗粒作为复合连接材料在半固态下连接Si3N4陶瓷,测试了TiN体积含量不同时接头在600℃时的抗剪强度,用扫描电镜和能谱探针分析高温剪切断口的形貌和成分。结果表明,用Ag-Cu-Ti钎料加TiN颗粒作为复合材料连接Si3N4陶瓷,TiN的体积含量小于15%时,接头600℃时的抗剪强度与不加TiN的接头相比,均有所提高,TiN的体积含量为10%时的抗剪强度达95 MPa。

Solid-liquid state bonding of Si3N4 ceramics and its joint high-temperature properties

Abstract:
Solid-liquid state bonding of Si3N4 ceramics was conducted with the composite bonding materials composed of Ag-Cu-Ti foils and TiN particles in order to improve the joint strength at high temperature.The shear strength at 600℃ of the joints bonded with various TiN volume content was tested and the fracture surfaces of the shearing tests were analyzed with SEM.The results showed that when TiN volume fraction was below 15%,joints were all strengthened and the strength of joints bonded with 10% TiN reached 95 MPa.
