棒材等离子喷涂法制备Fe80P13C7非晶态合金涂层的成形特征

摘要:
采用棒材等离子喷涂法制备Fe80P13C7非晶态合金涂层,采用XRD-7000型射线衍射仪分析了涂层的组织,采用CRY-2P型差热分析仪测定所制备的非晶态合金涂层的DTA曲线,分析了涂层的晶化温度,采用HX-1000型显微硬度计测量涂层的显微硬度,采用JSM-6700F型扫描电镜观察涂层的微观形貌和截面形貌,采用谱分析的方法分析涂层正面和截面的成分变化。结果表明,制备的非晶涂层组织致密,均匀,涂层与基材之间为冶金与机械相结合共同作用的成形特征;非晶涂层的显微硬度达946~1018 HV25,晶化温度为433℃。

Forming characters of Fe80P13C7 amorphous coating fabricated by bar material plasma spraying

Abstract:
The micro-structures of Fe80P13C7 amorphous coating by bar material plasma spraying is analyzed by XRD-7000 X ray diffraction instrument.The differential thermal analyzer curve is tested by CRY-2P differential thermal analyzer, and crystallization temperature is analyzed, and microhardness of the coating is tested by HX-1000 microhardness tester, and the constitution of the front face and cross section of the coating are analyzed by energy spectrum analysis.The results show that it is a close and homogeneous coating, and the bonding between the coating and the matrix is mechanical and metallurgical.The microhardness is 946-1 018 HV25, and the crystallization temperature is 433℃.
