| 构建了电焊条计算机辅助技术质量管理系统的总体结构。以E4303焊条为研究对象,采用VB编程语言并基于VB进行了Word功能移植、嵌入MATLAB进行数学运算、嵌套Excel的统计和图表处理功能、在SQL Server 6.5数据库平台上开发系统数据库并通过ADO技术实现系统对数据库的访问,通过这些技术手段成功地实现了基于人工神经网络的电焊条性能预报、原材料录入、配方查询、质量管理、工艺咨询、和用户管理模块功能。系统功能强大,界面友好,操作方便,可作为E4303电焊条产品设计和技术管理的强有力的工具。 |

| The frame of the computer aided technology system of covered electrodes quality control has been designed.With VB, the functional transplant of Word, embedding MATLAB to calculate, and statistics and diagraph of EXCEL, exploitation of the system database on SQL Sever 6.5 has been accomplished and through technical realization system visits to database.With all these techniques, certain function, such as electrodes properties predicted based on artificial neutral network, raw material recording, quality and consumer management and craftwork consultation have been well tested by the system.The sy stem function is formidable, and the interface is friendly, and it may be used as a powerful tool E4303 electrode design and the technical management. |
