2219厚板搅拌摩擦焊组织及性能分析

摘要:
采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对厚度为30 mm的2219铝合金板进行了单道焊接试验,并对焊缝的微观组织与力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,在旋转速度为1600 r/min,且焊接速度为20 mm/min时,可以获得较好的焊缝组织,其焊缝的抗拉强度为285 MPa,达到基材强度的60%以上,断后伸长率为8.73%;焊缝三个区由于受到的温度及搅拌作用的不同,结构、形貌及晶粒组织都有明显差异。焊后基材中起强化作用的微小的θ相Al2Cu颗粒,在焊接热循环的作用下析出并聚集成大量粗大颗粒,其大小约在10~50 μm,对焊缝强度起削弱作用。

Abstract:
Friction stir welding of 2219 aluminum plate with 30 mm thickness were completed in a single pass.When the rotating speed is 1600 r/min and the welding speed is 20 mm/min, the good welds are achieved, and the tensile strength of the weld reaches 278 MPa.For the effect of stirring and temperature in three zones of welds, structure and particles are obviously different. θ(Al2Cu) micro-particle which strengthen base metal separated out and agglomerated after welding, and it formed lots of large θ particles by reason of thermal recycle of welding, and large agglomerated θ particles whose size is between 10 μm and 50 μm will decrease the tensile strength of welds.
