LNG储罐用9%Ni钢及其焊接性

摘要:
回顾总结了液化天然气低温储罐用9%Ni钢的研究和发展,对9%Ni钢的显微组织结构、力学性能以及现场焊接性进行了介绍。使用最普遍的淬火+回火态9%Ni钢的组织形态主要为回火马氏体,并分布有少量残余奥氏体。9%Ni钢具有很高的强度和良好的低温韧性,焊接性良好,冷裂敏感性较低,采用合适的焊接工艺措施,可防止热裂纹的出现,获得具有良好低温韧性的焊接接头。9%Ni钢焊接时,焊接热输入一般控制在7~35kJ/cm,多层焊层间温度应控制在100℃以下。

Abstract:
Research and development status of 9%Ni steel for cryogenic liquefied natural gas storage tanks were summarized and reviewed.Microstructures, mechanical properties and field weldability were presented.Most commonly used quenched and tempered 9%Ni steel is composed of a majority of tempered martensite and a few scattered retained austenites.Base metal of 9% Ni steel shows high strength, good cryogenic toughness, excellent field weldability and low cold-cracking susceptivity.Hot-cracking can be avoided under proper welding parameters.A heat input of 7-35 kJ cm and a interpass temperature lower than 100℃ are generally adopted for the welding of 9% Ni steel.
