基于时频分析的CO2焊接电弧信息提取

摘要:
利用Choi-Williams分布二次型时频分析方法研究CO2焊接过程所采集的电弧电压信号,获得信号的时频分布图。通过时频图像信息提取,进一步获得焊接过程特征信息,即信号的能量谱密度和瞬时频率估计。结果表明,利用Choi-Williams分布可以描述弧焊过程中电弧电压信号的时频能量分布。在时频分析基础上进行电弧信息提取,可以得到短路、断弧等物理现象的时间特征及瞬时频率信息。电弧特征信息的奇异点表现出明显不同的瞬时频率特性,以此界定电弧物理过程。

Abstract:
In order to study the droplet transfer controlling associated with CO2 welding quality, the method of quadratic timefrequency analysis was used to investigate the signal of arc voltage to obtain the patterns of time-frequency distribution.The further characteristic information, namely energy spectral density and instantaneous frequency estimation of the signal, was obtained on this basis of extraction to the information of time-frequency image during welding process.Experimental results showed that the time-frequency energy distribution of arc welding signal can be studied by means of Choi-Williams distribution analysis.The characteristic information of time and instantaneous frequency in arc physical phenomena such as short circuit and arc broken can be extracted according to the results of time-frequency analysis.There is a different characteristic about instantaneous frequency at singular point, which can be used to recognize the physical phenomenon of the arc.
