非晶Cu-P钎料钎焊接头致密性

摘要:
采用Cu68.5Ni15.7Sn9.3P6.5(质量分数,%)四元合金非晶薄带钎料真空钎焊紫铜,通过金相分析、电子探针以及X射线衍射物相分析方法对钎缝组织致密性进行了研究.结果表明,影响钎焊接头致密性的主要因素是焊缝中的气孔,钎焊中气孔的形成主要是由于P元素的汽化产生.对比非晶钎料和晶态钎料钎焊接头对气孔的敏感性可以看出,非晶钎料钎焊接头对气孔更为敏感,从空位和原子振动理论分析得出非晶钎料中气孔敏感主要是由非晶钎料元素的活度较大所致。

Investigation on compactness of weld in brazing copper with CuP amorphous fillers

Abstract:
The amorphous fillers with the components Cu68.5Ni15.7Sn9.3P6.5(wt%) was used to braze copper by vacuum brazing.The compactness of joint was studied by means of XRD, EPMA and metalloscope.The results show that the main reason of brazing porosity is the vaporization of P element.Comparing of the porosity sensitivity between crystal FM and amorphous FM, it can been found that amorphous FM is better than the crystal FM.Based on the vacancy theory and the automic vibration theory, it is concluded that the porosity sensitivity is result from the high element-liveness in the fillers.
