基于DSP的软开关逆变式双丝高速脉冲焊装备

摘要:
将脉冲焊、软开关逆变、嵌入式控制及现场总线通信技术等有机地结合,研制了协同控制的Tandem型双丝高速焊装备.脉冲电源主电路采用饱和电感并充分利用励磁能量拓宽软开关范围,针对双丝脉冲焊电弧形态、熔滴过渡及电源外特性和动特性的要求,提出基于电流峰值模式的双闭环控制模式,设计了基于DSP与μC/OS-II的占先式嵌入式控制系统;利用CAN现场总线通信技术解决了双丝脉冲焊两路输出同相、反相与随机三种形式的协同控制问题.结果表明,电源性能满足设计要求,双丝高速脉冲焊接过程稳定、焊缝成形好、飞溅小、变形小.

Abstract:
By combining pulsed welding,soft-switching inverting,digital embedded control and the CAN bus communi-cation technology et al.,a synergic controlled tandem high-speed double wire pulsed welding equipment is designed.A novel to-pology by adopting saturable inductor and fully utilizing the mag-netic inductance to widen soft-switching range was proposed.To meet the requirements of double wire pulsed arc shape,globular transfer mode,external and dynamic characteristics of power supply,the double closed-loop control system was presented based on peak-current mode,the preemptive and embedded con-trol system was also designed based on DSP and μC/OS-Ⅱ.The synchronic control of different phase status for the output in high speed double wire pulsed welding process was realized with the application of CAN bus communication technology,which in-cluded synchronization,alternation and random.Experiments show that all the electric performances meet the design require-ments,and obviously show the merits of high-speed welding such as the stable welding process,perfect welding seam,little splash and small deformation.
