Ti3Al激光焊接接头EBSD试样的制备

摘要:
采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究Ti3Al基合金焊接接头的微观组织和织构对于改善焊接接头的使用性能有着重要的意义,而电子背散射衍射样品的制备质量对其成像效果有着重要影响.对比离子减薄、电解抛光和机械化学抛光3种方法制备Ti3Al基合金焊接接头EBSD试样的效果.结果表明,与其它方法相比,机械化学抛光更适合于Ti3Al基合金激光焊接接头的EBSD试样的制备,不仅设备简单、容易操作,而且制样效率高、效果好,特别是对于组织和性能不均匀的焊接接头,焊缝、热影响区和母材可以同时得到较好的表面质量.

Abstract:
Research of the microstructure and texture of laser welded joints of Ti3Al based alloy plays an important role in improving the properties of the joints,while the technique of electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) is an attractive method in the research.The quality of metallographic sample had great effect on the accuracy of testing results,and three methods to prepare the EBSD sample of Ti3Al alloy laser welded joints were investigated.The experiments indicated that chemo-mechanical polishing was more suitable to the sample preparation of Ti3Al alloy laser welded joints than ion milling or electrolytic polishing.It has many advantages such as simple equipments,easy operation and precision results,especially for the Ti3Al alloy laser welded joints whose base material,HAZ and weld have different microstructure.
