爆炸消除中厚板焊接残余应力工艺数值模拟

摘要:
在对焊接温度场和应力场进行间接耦合求解焊接残余应力的基础上,采用ANSYS 11.0及其LS-DYNA非线性显式动力分析代码软件,应用流固耦合算法模拟了爆炸冲击波与32 mm中厚板焊接接头的相互作用及其消除焊接残余应力的过程.结果表明,采用截面10 mm×10 mm的双条塑性炸药,以焊缝为中心沿长度方向并排布置,在爆炸压力为2 GPa的情况下,单面爆炸处理可以较好地消除被炸面的双向残余应力,在非炸面也可以得到约30%的消除效果.采用双面爆炸处理工艺,双面都可以超过80%的应力消除效果.

Abstract:
The paper focuses on the simulation of forming process of welding residual stress and effect of explosion shock waves on welding residual stress relief. Firstly, the distribution of welding residual stress on butt joint was numerically simulated with indirectly coupled temperature field and stress field. Secondly, the effect of explosion shock waves, produced by plastic strip-like explosive, on welding residual stresses was predicted with coupled lagrange-ALE algorithm. It implicates that explosion treatment can effectively reduce welding residual stress with little deformation, which doesn't deteriorate structural dimensions and achieve 80% of stress reduction.
