波控CO2短路过渡焊电流信号的近似熵分析

摘要:
为了评定波控CO2短路过渡焊的稳定性,将非线性参量近似熵理论引入到研究中.利用近似熵对波控CO2短路过渡焊电弧的电流信号进行特征分析.通过对不同的焊接参数下的电流近似熵比较,表明不同工艺参数下,近似熵明显不同,其可作为焊接过程稳定性的评判标准,近似熵越小、方差越小,焊接过程就越稳定.结果表明,近似熵分析在表征信号的复杂性方面有明显的效果,从而为波控CO2短路过渡稳定性分析提供了一种很有效的方法.

Abstract:
In order to assess the stability of CO2 short circuit welding under waveform control, approximate entropy(ApEn) theory of nonlinear parameter was introduced in this paper.The characters of the current signal in the welding was analyzed by ApEn.The ApEn value was apparently different by the comparison of the current signals in different parameters, which could be thought as the criteria of welding process stability.The smaller the value and variance of approximate entropy is, the more stable the welding process is.The result shows that obvious effect can be seen on the complexity of characterization signal by ApEn analysis, which provides an effective way to analyze the stability of CO2 short circuit transition under waveform control.
