摘要:

依据弧焊熔池图像对焊缝成形缺陷的影响,定义了头部、中部和尾部三个熔池分区,深入研究了弧焊熔池图像与焊缝表面成形质量之间的关系、并通过大量试验验证,得出了弧焊熔池图像各区域视觉特征与焊缝成形缺陷之间的主要关系.运用混沌学的近似熵方法对熔池三个区域灰度值分布梯度进行了分析研究.结果表明,各区域灰度梯度的近似熵值与焊缝成形质量基本呈正相关性,近形熵值越大,成形越好,研究的试验数据为基于熔池图像评价和控制焊缝成形质量提供了一种新型量化指标.

Abstract:

In this paper, according to the influences of the arc weld pool images on the weld forming defects, head, middle and tail of three weld pool partitions were defined.The effect of the arc weld pool image on the forming quality of the weld surface was deeply studied.Through a large number of experiments, the main relationship between the various regions visual characteristics of arc weld pool images and the weld forming defects was obtained.The gray value distribution gradient of three weld pool regions was analyzed by the approximate entropy methed of chaos science.The weld forming quality was correlated positively with the approximate entropy values of regional gray gradient.The bigger the approximate entropy value results in the better forming.The experimental data provides a new quantitative index based on the evaluation of the weld pool image and the control of weld forming quality.
