BWELDY960Q钢振动焊接焊缝组织与低温冲击韧性

摘要:
采用MAG焊接工艺方法焊接低合金高强度钢BWELDY960Q的过程中施加机械振动,研究振动焊接对焊缝组织及焊缝低温冲击韧性的影响.结果表明,在焊接过程中施加机械振动,可以促进焊缝中AF的形成,使得AF的数量增加.振动焊接还可以改善焊缝的低温冲击韧性,与无振动焊缝低温冲击韧性相比较,焊缝冲击吸收功的上平台值提高7.88%,韧脆转变温度也略有降低.随着温度不断地降低,焊缝低温冲击断口的表面从凹凸不平变得比较平整,断口纤维区比例不断地缩小,放射区比例有所增加,断口的微观形貌由韧窝花样变成准解理河流花样.

Abstract:
The high strength low alloy BWELDY960Q steel was welded by using metal active gas welding assisted by mechanical vibration. The effect of the vibration on weld microstructure and impact toughness at low temperature were studied. The results show that, the vibration can promote acicular ferrite formation in weld metal, and the quantity of acicular ferrite in weld metal was increased. Meanwhile, impact toughness at low temperature can be improved by using vibratory assistance. The upper platform value of impact energy was increased by 7.88% and the ductile-brittle transition temperature was slightly reduced. The impact fractured surface of weld metal was changed from uneven surface to flat and smooth with the decrease of temperature, the ratio of fibrous zone on the fracture surface is gradually reduced, and the area of radiated structure is continuously enlarged. Themorphology of the fracture surface is changed from dimple pattern to cleavage rive pattern.
