在对多层多道焊接视觉跟踪过程中,需要对结构光光条中心线上信息进行提取.要完成光条中心线提取需要解决光条形状复杂、光强度分布不均匀、焊豆或镜面反射等引起的结构光光条间断及环境噪声影响等问题.文中在研究已有中心线提取算法的基础上,提出了基于各向异性热扩散方程的结构光光条中心线提取算法.完成中心线提取后,选用已有算法对中心线上包含焊道信息的间断端点及高曲率角点进行检测,完成对结构光光条中心线上的特征提取.通过对文中提出的检测算法原理的分析及试验,试验结果证明该算法能够解决上述问题,同时与现有算法的比较可以看到文中在计算精度及速度上具有优势. |

Abstract: |
Several issues need to be solved in centerline extraction of structured light stripe, including complex shape of light stripe, uneven distribution of light intensity, gap of light strip caused by specular reflection or occlusion, and interference of environmental noise, etc. After investigating available centerline extraction algorithms, a novel centerline extraction algorithm is proposed based on anisotropic thermal diffusion equation. By corresponding pixels gray value to the temperature, the pixels with maximum values were calculated as centerline. The feasibility of solving the above issues with the proposed algorithm was verified by principle analysis and experiments. The comparison results show that the proposed algorithm has higher accuracy and efficiency. |
