搅拌摩擦点焊加筋壁板剪切稳定性分析

摘要:
应用有限元软件ABAQUS对搅拌摩擦点焊加筋壁板进行剪切稳定性计算,得到结构的失稳临界载荷;实施了铝合金搅拌摩擦焊加筋壁板剪切稳定性试验,得到结构的剪切失效形式及过程.结果表明,加筋壁板的破坏形式主要表现为焊点的脱焊或壁板的破损.提出了采用模拟焊点连接的有限元模型,分析了其在剪切载荷作用下的力学性能.结果表明,有限元计算结果与试验所得局部屈曲载荷较吻合,并模拟了剪切载荷作用下加筋壁板的失效过程,说明有限元模拟方法可以用来对该型结构的稳定性能进行分析,从而为该型结构的优化设计及工程应用提供分析参考.

Study on stability performance of friction stir welded stiffened panel under shear load

Abstract:
Local critical buckling load of friction stir welded stiffened panel under shear load is calculated by applying finite element software ABAQUS. Shear test on stiffened panel specimens is conducted to obtain the stability performance, carrying capacity of the structure and the failure load.The experiment results indicate that the failure patterns mainly contain the loosing weld of stiffener and the tearing of skin, the local buckling load of finite element calculation and test are close, and failure process of stiffened panel under shear load are simulated practically. So the finite element method is capable to analyze the stability of the structure, which offers a referenced means for the optimization design and engineering application of the structure.
