补焊长度对P92补焊残余应力的影响

摘要:
基于有限元模拟软件SYSWELD,通过建立P92钢板补焊过程的三维有限元模型,计算了补焊过程的温度场及应力场分布,讨论分析了不同补焊长度对残余应力分布的影响. 结果表明,无论是横向还是纵向残余应力,较大的拉应力水平都出现在焊缝和热影响区附近,同时在母材处应力值逐渐降低. 随着补焊长度的增加,横向残余应力在结构表面中心,热影响区和焊缝位置均存在下降趋势. 对于纵向残余应力来说,随着补焊长度的增加,应力值在焊缝位置呈下降趋势,而结构表面中心和热影响区变化较小.

Influence of repair length on residual stress in the repair weld of P92 steel

Abstract:
Based on SYSWELD software, a 3-D finite element simulation is performed to investigate the temperature field and residual stress in the repair weld process of P92 plate. The results show that large tensile residual stresses are genetated in the repair weld and heat affected zone, and decrease in the base metal gradually. With the increase of repair length, the transverse residual stress decreased in the middle of plate surface, HAZ and weld metal.The longitudinal stess shows a declining trend in weld matal with the increase of repair length, while in the middle of plate surface and HAZ, it is affected a little by the repair length.
