| 本文叙述了采用云纹测试技术研究焊接瞬态高温应变过程的特点,如金属的耐高温反射式试件栅线的制备,焊接过程动态热应变信思的记录、云纹图像的数据处理等。用所研制成功的云纹法测定了薄板点加热的应变过程,并与数值分析结果进行了对比和讨论。 |

| A series of specific techniques related to the application of high temperature Moiré method for measurement of transient welding strains was developed by the authors.Descriptions of procedures such as preparation of heat-resistant reflective grid on matalli cspecimen,recording of transient strain information and data-processing of Moiré fringe patterns are given in this paper.The transient strain cycles during GTA spot welding on thin plate were measured.Experimental results are compared with numerical analysis and discussed. |
